Before boarding your flight, you will need to go through several processes such as check-in, security, and boarding at the departure airport.

- Our Concierge will meet you/your party at a designated drop off point on the terminal forecourt and assist with the transportation of your baggage to your airline's designated check-in zone
- Once you have checked-in and bags have been dropped off you/your party will be escorted through to departures via Immigration and Security.
- Depending on time available our journey with you will end either at the boarding gate or the main Departures area where you can relax until your flight is called.

Upon arrival at your destination airport, you will disembark the plane and proceed with immigration (for international flights) and customs (if applicable).

- Our Concierge will be awaiting your arrival at the base of the air bridge in a distinctive uniform
- From there you will be escorted through and assisted with the collection of your checked bags.
- If you have booked a Porter as part of your service
- you will be met at the baggage carousel and your bags will be taken care of. Your Concierge will then escort you out to your waiting party or onward travel arrangement.
