- On arrival a representative will greet the guests at the aircraft airbridge with a personalized signboard.
- Guests are then escorted through to Customs for immigration clearance where a priority processing lane will be made available where permitted
- Assistance is provided with collecting all baggage then followed through with priority processing in biosecurity where permitted before heading through to x-ray screening
- Guests will then be assisted through to their waiting ground transportation
