Copenhagen Airport Fast Track with Meet & Greet is a personal assistance service that combines a dedicated greeter with priority security at Copenhagen Airport and fast track immigration where available.

Your greeter monitors your flight, escorts you through security or passport control, and helps with your luggage and onward transport.

CPH Fast Track vs CPH Express and SAS Fast Track

CPH Express Fast Track is a pair of express security lanes at the central security checkpoint, open from 05:00 to 21:00.

Airlines give access to first and business class passengers, Norwegian Flex ticket holders and invited passengers, and it is not sold directly by the airport.

SAS sells Fast Track online to some Economy passengers, and includes it for Business, Plus or Flex fares and EuroBonus Gold and Diamond members.

Both options only cover the security checkpoint on departure, with no personal greeter, no help through passport control and EES on arrival, no luggage assistance and no escort to your car.

Is CPH Fast Track worth it?

Whether CPH Fast Track is worth booking depends on your route, ticket and travel party.

• Arriving from outside Schengen on a non-EU passport: yes. Passport control and EES registration are where delays build up; in 2026 travellers reported waits of over an hour at peak times.
• Departing to a non-Schengen destination such as the UK: yes, passport control on departure has also seen long queues.
• Travelling with children, heavy luggage or reduced mobility: yes, an escort and luggage help save the most effort.
• Flying within Schengen in business class or with SAS status: you may already have fast track security through your airline; book with us if you want a personal greeter and help on arrival.

Passport control and EES at Copenhagen Airport

EES started at Copenhagen Airport on 12 October 2025. It applies to non-Schengen nationals on short stays, while EEA and Swiss citizens and Schengen residence permit holders are exempt.

Non-Schengen arrivals register at a self-service kiosk before passport control, then see a border officer.

Border control is run by the Danish police, and queues have been longest during the morning and evening peaks.

Your greeter meets you at the gate, guides you through the kiosk and passport control, and uses the fast track immigration lane where available.
