Cancellation Windows
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled service to receive a full refund. Cancellations after this window are non-refundable.
All deadlines are calculated in Dubai Time (GMT+4).
For services at Australian airports, cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled service to receive a full refund.

Full refund
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your booking before the applicable deadline — 48 hours for standard services, or 72 hours for services in Australia — measured in Dubai Time (GMT+4).
Late cancellation — no refund
Cancellations made after the deadline (less than 48h or 72h before the service, depending on location) are non-refundable. The full booking amount will be retained.
No-show — no refund
If you do not appear at the designated meeting point at the agreed time, the booking is considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

All cancellation deadlines are calculated in Dubai Standard Time (DST) — UTC+4, regardless of the airport's local time zone or your location at the time of cancellation.
Rush bookings (within 48 hours)
A rush booking is a short-notice request made less than 48 hours before the service (in Dubai Time, GMT+4). Because of the very short lead time, these bookings follow a special pre-authorization process and are handled differently from standard bookings.
When you place a rush request, your card is only pre-authorized (a temporary hold) — no money is taken yet. We then check availability with the airport provider.
If the service cannot be arranged in time, the hold is released in full and you are never charged.
Once the service is confirmed, the payment is captured and the booking becomes non-refundable. Because the service is secured at very short notice, rush bookings are not eligible for the standard 48h / 72h free-cancellation window and cannot be cancelled or refunded after confirmation.
By placing a rush request you acknowledge that your card will only be charged if the service is confirmed, and that the booking is non-refundable once confirmed.
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please contact our support team as early as possible with your booking reference number. We process all cancellation requests within 24 hours.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
