- -Concierge will greet client(s) outside of customs/immigration in the arrivals hall. Due to security reasons no one besides Airline staff is allowed in the secured areas of the arrival hall
- -Assistance with luggage that has been pre-collected by client(s) prior to exiting customs (baggage claim area is located inside of customs so we cannot assist with luggage collection)
