On the day of your trip, board the flight to Berlin and arrive at the Tegel Airport. Once you get off the aircraft, a personal agent will greet you and assist further with all airport procedures. Do remember that you can book the Fast Track service at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Later, the service will be unavailable. Should you need to cancel your order, it is possible up to a maximum of 48 hours before the scheduled flight.
