Who we are
ComfortPass launched in 2023 to make the hardest hour of a trip — the one spent inside an airport — easier. It runs on infrastructure that goes back much further: a travel-logistics business, and seven years working directly with RTG, the airport-services network behind every Meet & Greet, lounge, and transfer we sell.
What we do
Today ComfortPass sells six things, everywhere our partners operate: Meet & Greet, airport lounge access, private transfers, sleeping pods, baggage delivery, and VVIP handling — bookable in 8 languages, confirmed against real, live inventory rather than a fixed price list.
Where we work
Our operations and our product/engineering teams sit in different time zones on purpose.
Our operations team is based in Dubai — under RTG FZE (Mazaya Center, Ground Floor, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates) — in the same time zone as many of our busiest airports, so escalations, day-of changes, and coordination happen in real time, not the next morning.

Our airport-services partner
Our relationship with RTG FZE goes back to 2019 — years before ComfortPass itself existed. RTG FZE is the network that actually staffs the Meet & Greet agents, lounges, and transfer fleets we sell today. When you book with us, RTG FZE is who shows up at the gate.
