Before boarding your flight, you will need to go through several processes such as check-in, security, and boarding at the departure airport.
- Monitor flight status and notify client(s) of flight timeliness or updates
- Printing off boarding passes for client(s) unless a passport needs to be shown at the airport
- Concierge coordinates with the driver as to where to drop off the client curbside
- Concierge greets the client(s) at designated point of arrival and assist with luggage and check-in process
- Concierge will expedite through security if possible (not always an option Due to Covid)
- Escort directly to gate and arrange pre-boarding of flight (if possible)
- Continuous contact with family friend or travel agent with updated travel details
- Assistance during a flight cancellation or delay

Upon arrival at your destination airport, you will disembark the plane and proceed with immigration (for international flights) and customs (if applicable).
- Monitor flight status and notify client(s) of flight timeliness or updates
- -Coordinate pick up location of the passenger with the driver
- -Concierge will greet client(s) outside of customs/immigration in the arrivals hall. Due to security reasons no one besides Airline staff is allowed in the secured areas of the arrival hall.
- -Assistance with luggage that has been pre-collected by client(s) prior to exiting customs (baggage claim area is located inside of customs so we cannot assist with luggage collection)
- -Continuous contact with family friend or travel agent with updated travel details
- -Escort client to selected transportation service
